• To Order : 3 Payments (via Paypal, VISA & MasterCard):
- An initial deposit (34%) is requested to order and to have confirmation of your expected production date (Week 0/6)
- A second payment (33%) is requested at half time of production process (Week 3/6)
- And finally, a third and last payment (33%) is requested before shipping (Week 6/6)
• International shipping and customs :
All parcels are sent via FedEx (Tracking Number included)
After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. For further information you should contact your local customs office since customs policies vary widely from country to country.
USA: For items over US$ 2000, additional tax information from the importer might be required to clear US customs.
• One year (1) Scratchophone Warranty:
Scratchophone warrants its custom instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year, subject to the limitations set forth herein.
This instrument will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge.
Electronic components are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Exceptions (not covered by this warranty) are misuse, alteration, normal wear or accident.
Scratchophone assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the product. In no event will Scratchophone be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by negligence of Scratchophone or otherwise.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights, which are subject to variation from state to state, country to country
• 21 days returns policy:
After delivery of the instrument, if the customer is not satisfied, for any reason, the instrument can be simply returned and we will refund you. The refund consists of eighty percent of the full price of the Scratchophone. In other words, a full refund less 20% will be made.
The customer must return the instrument in its original case, in new condition, within twenty one (21) days. Shipping is to be paid by the customer. All refunds will be made within thirty days of receipt of the instrument.

- about the warranty: all electronics parts are 1 year term, so I can’t give you more than what I have …
but, for all others parts, I will always try to help you and find a solution for you, as long as possible !

can one learn to scratch on a scratchophone, bonnaroo scratching lessons were fun, but I learned little. Also my hip hop dj roommate hated when I touched his vinyl. Im ready to sell my soul for one if I can learn to use it right.

Bonjour l’envoi est-il possible en Suisse? Garantissez vous l’arrivée en bon état de l’engin? Les frais de port sont tout de même astronomiques je trouve , qu’es-ce qui justifie un tel prix, le poids?
Je pensais que le plateau était au moins celui d’une numark tt 500 … Une modification de ce coté serait-elle possible?
